Trauma Workshop
How Trauma Affects People and How We Can Serve Them
COYFC brought in a speaker to deliver this content for our All-Staff quarterly training. She covers several topics related to trauma:
- What it is and where it comes from
- Triggers to trauma
- Physical and mental effects of trauma
- Resourcing and support for trauma victims
- How to effectively relate to those who have experienced trauma
We organized this training in several video segments, and added some additional resources throughout.
